Ford Motor Company is auctioning this 2024 Ford Mustang Dark Horse VIN 001 fastback to benefit charity. With sizzling good looks, an advanced suspension and 500hp, the 2024 Ford Mustang Dark Horse sets a new benchmark for American performance. As the first new Mustang performance nameplate in 21 years, the heart of Ford Mustang Dark Horse is an all-new fourth-generation Coyote 5.0-liter V8 engine with a dual air-intake box and throttle-body design. The engine sends 500hp and 418 ft/lbs of torque to a unique 6-speed TREMEC manual transmission. This Ford Mustang Dark Horse includes a transmission oil cooler, engine oil cooler, rear axle cooler and improved engine cooling capability. It also boasts unique chassis tuning and heavy-duty front springs. Stopping is courtesy of Brembo 6-piston front brakes with 14-inch rotors.
