There is only one Volkswagen GTI Roadster, Vision Gran Turismo

For 18 years the creators of Gran Turismo created cars like they are not from this world, until now when Volkswagen presented Volkswagen GTI Roadster, Vision Gran Turismo. Volkswagen took the design of the GTI Roadster which was intended for the next part of the Playstation game and made it reality.

Klaus Bischoff, the design chief of Volkswagen said: “When Sony asked us if we’d want to make Vision GT concept for the 15th anniversary of Gran Turismo, we didn’t think for a second”.
With enormous 20 inch wheels, this supercar will reach top speed of 306 km/h with acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h for 3.6 sec. Under the hood there is 3.0 l V6 engine with twin-turbo charger which produces incredible 503 hp. It is a four wheel drive car with 7-gear DSG transmission.
Unfortunately for the ones who thought they can buy this beautiful car it is produced only one sample, so if they want to drive it they will have to play the next series of the game Gran Turismo and will have to imagine that they are sitting in Volkswagen GTI Roadster.
