Tuning house RaceChip has offered three packages to boost the 2.0-liter turbo engine of the latest VW Golf GTI, which has 245HP and 370 Nm as standard.
All three packages include software upgrades, so Stage 1 adds 26 kW / 36hp and 33 Nm (priced at 199 euros), Stage 2 deserves an additional 33 kW / 45hp and 42 Nm (for 329 euros), and Stage 3 for 599 euro adds 40 kW / 55hp and 50 nm (now a total of 221 kW / 300hp and 420 nm).
With the first two packages, the tuner promises a reduction in fuel consumption of 10 to 15 percent compared to the serial model
