One of only 18 Hertz models finished in Wimbledon White with Blue GT350 rocker stripes before final approval of the Hertz Black on Gold livery, it is an early production carry-over model equipped with override traction bars. Delivered new to Hi-Performance Motors in El Segundo, California, on January 28, 1966, it features the Shelby-spec 289/306 HP V-8 with Holley 4-barrel, 4-speed manual transmission, revised front independent suspension and 9-inch Detroit Locker rear end.
